Subscord offers a tiered pricing model based on the number of active subscribers in your store, with additional fees charged by underlying payment processors.

Subscord Subscription Plans

We have designed our plans to scale with your community's growth:

  • Free Plan:

    • Subscribers: Up to 10 active subscribers.
    • Cost: $0/month or $0/year
    • Features: Core Subscord functionalities.

  • Pro Plan:

    • Subscribers: 11 to 50 active subscribers.
    • Cost: $39/month or $390/year (Save 2 months when paying yearly)
    • Features: Increased subscriber limit, Team Access (allowing multiple users to manage your store), Custom Store Link (customize your store URL to subscord.com/store/custom-name).

  • Max Plan:

    • Subscribers: 51 to 500 active subscribers.
    • Cost: $65/month or $650/year (Save 2 months when paying yearly)
    • Features: Further increased subscriber limit, Team Access, Custom Store Link (customize your store URL to subscord.com/store/custom-name).

  • Custom Plan:

    • Subscribers: Over 500 active subscribers.
    • Cost: Contact us for custom pricing.
    • Details: We will work with you to create a tailored plan that best suits your needs at a larger scale.

Annual Payments: All yearly plans include a 2-month discount compared to paying monthly. You can select yearly billing directly when subscribing to any paid plan.

Transaction Fees

Subscord does not charge any additional transaction fees on top of what the payment processors charge. The fees you incur are solely those from the payment gateways used to process your customers' payments:

  • Cryptocurrency Payments:

    • Native Chain Coins (e.g., SOL on Solana, ETH on Ethereum): A flat 1% fee per transaction.
    • Tokens (e.g., USDT on Solana, USDC on Ethereum): A flat 1.5% fee per transaction.

  • Stripe Payments:

    • Standard Stripe transaction fees apply. These fees vary based on factors like card type and country. You can find the most up-to-date Stripe fee structure on their official pricing page: Stripe Pricing (opens in a new tab).

  • Future Payment Integrations (e.g., PayPal):

    • Should Subscord integrate additional payment methods like PayPal in the future, the respective service fees of those platforms will apply to transactions processed through them.

Pricing Adaptability

Subscord reserves the right to adapt its pricing structure and fees as deemed necessary. We aim to ensure our pricing remains fair, competitive, and makes sense for our valued sellers as the platform evolves and new features are introduced.
