Products

A product in Subscord represents access to one or more Discord roles. When a user subscribes to or purchases a product, they gain the role(s) associated with that product.

Configuring a Product

When setting up a product in Subscord, you can configure several aspects:

  • Name: A clear and concise name for your product.
  • Description: A detailed description explaining what the product offers.
  • Image: An optional image to visually represent the product in your store.
  • Product Options: These define the different ways users can purchase or subscribe to the product (e.g., different durations, prices, free trials). You can set up multiple options for a single product. See the Product Options page for a detailed explanation.
  • Success URL: Configure a custom redirect URL for customers after successful payment. You can set one success URL per product to provide a tailored post-purchase experience. When set, customers will be redirected to your specified URL instead of the default success page after completing their purchase or subscription activation.
  • Roles: Specify the exact Discord role(s) that Subscord will automatically assign to users upon successful purchase or subscription activation.
  • Purchase Limit: An optional setting to limit the total number of users who can purchase or subscribe to this specific product. Leave blank for unlimited purchases.
  • Active: A toggle switch that controls the overall availability of the product. When disabled, the product becomes completely unavailable - it will be hidden from your store, prevent all new purchases, and block subscription renewals. This is useful for temporarily or permanently discontinuing a product while preserving its configuration and existing subscriber data.

Managing Product Order

You can customize the order in which products appear on your store page by using the drag-and-drop functionality:

  • Reordering Products: Each product row includes a draggable handle on the left side. Click and drag this handle to move products up or down in the list.
  • Store Display: The order you set in the products dashboard directly determines how products are displayed to customers on your store page - products at the top of your list will appear first to customers.

Sharing Your Products

Once you've configured your products, you have multiple ways to share them with customers:

  • Store Page: All your active products appear on your automatically generated store page where customers can browse and purchase
  • Direct Checkout Links: Create direct links to specific product options that bypass the store page and take customers straight to checkout for faster conversions
