Customer Account Page

Customer Account Page

Every customer who interacts with a Subscord-powered store has access to their own personal Account Page. This page serves as a central hub for managing their subscriptions and viewing their transaction history with your store.

Accessing the Account Page

Customers can typically access their Account Page through several ways:

  • By directly visiting https://subscord.com/account (opens in a new tab) and logging in with their Discord account.
  • Through links provided in purchase confirmation emails.
  • Through links in subscription reminder emails.
  • Directly from the store page, if they are logged in or through a specific link provided by the seller.

Features of the Account Page

The Customer Account Page provides several key functionalities:

View Current Subscriptions

Customers can see a clear list of all their currently active subscriptions for your products.

  • Subscription Details: For each subscription, they can view:
    • The name of the product.
    • The expiration date of the subscription.

Renew Subscriptions

If a subscription is nearing its expiration date or has already expired, customers can easily renew it directly from their Account Page.

  • Renewal Process: Typically, there will be a "Renew" button or link next to each renewable subscription. Clicking this will guide them through the payment process to extend their access.
  • Subscription Stacking: As detailed in the Subscriptions section, if a customer renews or purchases the same product again while having an active subscription, the new duration will stack onto the existing one.

View Transaction History

Customers have access to a comprehensive list of all their transactions made through your Subscord store.

  • Transaction Details: This includes:
    • Transactions for successfully purchased products.
    • Transactions for attempted purchases (e.g., pending crypto payments, failed card payments).
    • The date of each transaction.
    • The product involved.
    • The status of each transaction (e.g., Completed, Pending, Failed).

This transparency helps customers keep track of their payments and subscription history.

By providing these self-service tools, the Customer Account Page empowers users to manage their engagement with your store effectively, reducing the need for manual support for common queries related to subscription status and payment history.
